Based on our popular chunky aboard this board has been designed to offer a lighter weight board with a lower price point without losing the design queues that make the PCB1 - CHUNKY board so popular. Constructed from pine frame with a chalkboard centre the Atlas Aboard is a perfect choice for people who need a board that can be easily taking in and out based on when you are open and closed. Use traditional chalk or chalkboard pens to add your message to the chalkboard. If you want to display posters you can upgrade to include a snap frame on both sides of the board, this will still allow you to use the chalkboard element but in addition you can insert posters into the snap frame, giving you a totally universal pavement sign.
Hinges are ball bearing hinges as used on fire doors in office buildings, the cabin hooks are solid cast iron hooks for durability and longevity, plastic feet on each leg ensure that the leg never comes into contact with the floor helping to protect it from the elements as well as ensuring the leg ill not splinter if it gets dragged. The chalkboard is slotted into the frame ensuring a solid construction and no chance that the board will come off the frame, budget aboards tend to have the chalkboard nailed to the back of the frame, not ideal in our opinion.
